Psilocybin <em>(psychoaktivn\u00ed slou\u010denina v magick\u00fdch houb\u00e1ch a lan\u00fd\u017e\u00edch).<\/em> pozitivn\u011b reaguje na n\u00e1\u0161 mozek. Bylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee pom\u00e1h\u00e1 omezit n\u00e1vykov\u00e9 tendence. Jednou z nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a nejtrvalej\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1vislost\u00ed je dnes z\u00e1vislost na nikotinu. Jedn\u00e1 se o chemickou l\u00e1tku, kter\u00e1 je vysoce n\u00e1vykov\u00e1 a m\u00e1 silnou tendenci vyvol\u00e1vat fyzickou i psychickou z\u00e1vislost. Ku\u0159\u00e1ci si na kou\u0159en\u00ed buduj\u00ed sv\u00e9 osobn\u00ed zvyklosti - nap\u0159\u00edklad kou\u0159\u00ed po j\u00eddle, mezi p\u0159est\u00e1vkami na u\u010den\u00ed nebo prost\u011b v\u017edy, kdy\u017e jsou ve stresu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-perils-of-smoking\">Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b nikotinu obsa\u017een\u00e9ho v tab\u00e1kov\u00fdch cigaret\u00e1ch je v nich dal\u0161\u00edch 4 000 chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed rakovinu. Pravideln\u00e9 kou\u0159en\u00ed cigaret m\u016f\u017ee nakonec zp\u016fsobit zni\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako jsou nap\u0159:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rakovina plic<\/li><li>Chronick\u00e1 bronchitida<\/li><li>Leuk\u00e9mie<\/li><li>Onemocn\u011bn\u00ed srdce<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kou\u0159en\u00ed cigaret je v Evrop\u011b nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrt\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se lze vyhnout. Je to jedno z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch rizik pro ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. \u010c\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b proto, \u017ee krom\u011b po\u0161kozen\u00ed zdrav\u00ed u\u017eivatele m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt vliv i na ostatn\u00ed v jeho okol\u00ed, a to prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm <em>pasivn\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed.<\/em> Zejm\u00e9na kojenci jsou n\u00e1chyln\u00ed ke zdravotn\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm zp\u016fsoben\u00fdm pasivn\u00edm kou\u0159en\u00edm. Je u nich vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost vzniku onemocn\u011bn\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest, jako je astma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-it-is-not-just-a-cost-to-your-health\">Nejde jen o n\u00e1klady na va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.euro.who.int\/en\/health-topics\/disease-prevention\/tobacco\/publications\/the-economics-of-tobacco\" target=\"_blank\">odhadem 1,4 bilionu americk\u00fdch dolar\u016f<\/a>  se utrat\u00ed za v\u0161e, co souvis\u00ed s kou\u0159en\u00edm. P\u0159es\u010dasy \u010din\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011bru asi 2 086 eur ro\u010dn\u011b. A pokud po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me p\u011bt let, vych\u00e1z\u00ed to na 10 430 eur. Studie se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 15 osob. V\u011bdci uvedli, \u017ee 80% \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f po 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch od ukon\u010den\u00ed studie abstinovalo od kou\u0159en\u00ed. Svou studii porovn\u00e1vali s vareniklinem, kter\u00fd je v sou\u010dasnosti nejlep\u0161\u00edm l\u00e9kem na trhu v boji proti kou\u0159en\u00ed. Podle t\u011bchto v\u00fdsledk\u016f abstinovalo 35% pacient\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali vareniklin.
